I purchase a pair of shorts for my boyfriend they ripped after 3 months from normal wear.

Ordered a Critical Hit Dagger and the quality didn't match my expectations. For an item that is $100 and has been in backorder for three years, you'd think they had enough time to figure out packaging and quality control for the item. It came in a non-descriptive black box with a big generic label that said exactly what it was, no design, no fanfare, just the product. At opening, the blade was inside a belt holster (that was also black, generic, and cheap feeling), wrapped in bubble wrap, and not properly locked; it sprang open as soon as it was taken out of the holster. Thankfully, it is not nearly sharp enough to have been of real damage but that is 100% a liability. After closely inspecting the blade, found residue of what I am assuming was a price sticker for the base of the blade; again, not meeting the expectations that I had for such an anticipated and expensive item. Could have one of the blades from the original manufacturer for half the price. I wouldn't recommend this store at all
