I decided to go thru Wizard labels with two different companies that I run, and had nothing but issues. On one order of circular labels the die was not centered on any of the four versions. When they “fixed it” they were all the wrong color and the project was way behind schedule. They then had to redo it and finally got it the third time. On a separate label for a separate company they completely messed up the color and the cut. Labels ended up being way delayed and they didn’t offer anything to offset the cascade of mistakes. Just excuses. They’ve lost my business and all the businesses I’m involved with.

I found it was easy to reorder labels prices are still good site works well and simple I love it!

I called many label printing companies. Your customer service agent, Kristi, was the FIRST one to stop and take the time to ask questions about our product, shipping, and label-specific needs. She expeditiously sent samples which we tested on our shipping pails for a week. The icing on the cake is the amazing per unit price we achieve when we are allowed to use different art labels to achieve a higher per unit discount. This has significantly helped our company!

Fast delivery. Amazing quality on the labels and they included some extra over the qty I ordered! Highly recommend
