Delayed shipment

The labels themselves came out great. The print quality, matte laminate, and colors were exactly what my client wanted. Shipping, though, was a letdown. I paid extra for Next Day Air, and the package was misrouted through Memphis and arrived late. When I asked about the shipping charge, I was told they didn't have time to file a claim with FedEx. They did refund the Next Day Air fee in the end, but the response was dismissive, and I wasn't impressed with how a paid rush shipment was handled. Great product, but don't count on their rush shipping or their support when something goes wrong.

I loved the quality. However, a portion of the labels came out wrong due to the logo being too close to the edge of the label.

The numbers of labels were short by 15 on one batch and 12 on another. In addition the labels had printing blobs and smeares. Not your best job

2 weeks of turn around time is a lot

Great turnaround and easy of ordering. I liked this company when I approached it for my first round of labels because I wasn't out to buy 1000 of each. I needed to get started without breaking the bank. Unfortunately the labels I ordered bubble and I had to remove and throw a lot of them away. I'm using a squeegee on them post label roller application to do the best for now.

Contacted Wizard after referral from Maverick label after they discontinued small batch label printing. I provided the camera ready artwork to Wizard that I have used with Maverick label for many years. The initial proof that was sent to me showed inaccuracy so I submitted my reply with correction. The second proof showed the corrected error. But, two weeks later, I received the labels from Wizard and the change that I pointed out in the proof process was notably inconsistent. The impression alignment varies throughout the rolls. Not good.

My approval email was never seen because your storage was full in the inbox it was sent to. The person I chatted with was really dry and didn't acknowledge this when I let her know. This all pushed time back and now I know that ordering 1-2 day rushed shipping still means the labels will take over two weeks to get to me!
