I was able to call Wizard and they happily walked me through the process of reordering our labels, as well as updating an old label. This was the first time I was ordering for our company since we lost an employee, and Wizard took the mystery out of knowing exactly what to do.

Fast, easy, and cost was inline.

In the past, the time from proof approval to shipment was 1 or 2 days. In this instance it was considerably longer. For us, we counted on the order being processed in the usual rapid time it had in the past and had our product shipped overnight. But because it took so much longer to print and ship, the expedited shipping was wasted and we missed our own delivery deadline waiting for labels to arrive. We had factored in several additional days but this wasn't enough. We will have to keep in mind that the service is slower than it had been in the past in our future orders.
