Staff can manually fix issues. I didnt have a firm grasp of the colors, and my original label color differentiated from their pdf proof. They were able to fix it without me doing anything and offered a discount to redo. I really trust this company now. And, the labels, well they’re beautiful!

Company does fine. I found it hard to do the computer hook up and place my order. I accept my error tho get one size larger than I was expecting. People can't just get on phone and place order. Labels do have super glue and it's little harder to get them to release. I would have ordered one of your hand held devices that brake the roll and release the label. It' wasn't as easy as I would like.
