The customer service from Wizard was awesome. They were very helpful and answered all of my questions quickly. The quality of the print and material of the labels I ordered is good. My reason for giving 4 stars is that my design has a thin border around it, and the prints are off from side to side and top to bottom on most of my variations, meaning that the border is almost entirely cut off on the right side of most of my labels. Since it's going in the back of the product, it's not a huge deal. But if you have a design that has a border, be aware that the printing and cutting process could affect the design.

Very pleased with my purchase from Wizard Labs. I have ordered thousands of labels for my company and these are the best. Not to mention it was hundreds of dollars cheaper.

The truth is I have had an excellent experience with them. They are very fast and have a lot of quality in the production. I recommend them 100%, I think 5 stars is not enough. They deserve much more.

My labels were delivered quickly and are everything I wanted. Strong colors, clear edges, high quality. I wish they had an easy reorder option, rather than going through all the steps again and uploading my image again.

Yet again, Wizard Labels knocks it out of the park. Unfortunately when my order first arrived, the colors didn’t match the proof nor my test print. So I worked with Peggy to get this evaluated by the quality team and they made it right by reprinting and sending my labels in record time. They now look exactly as they should and I’m so pleased with the result! I’ve been using Wizard Labels for a year now and recommend them to all my fellow business owners.
