I love the responsiveness of Wizard Labels and the personal touch. When I have had a question, I can easily get in touch with them. The employees are super-helpful and the quality of the labels is exceptional at a very fair price.

I initially sent an email because I had ordered two different labels for printing but only received the proof for one. They responded quickly, which I appreciated. However, I never received a tracking number from them or from UPS. The website continued to show "order processing," but eventually, our warehouse informed us that the labels had arrived. I notified them about not receiving the tracking number, and they assured me they would address the issue to avoid future issues.

We appreciate how smooth ordering is, how thorough the Wizard team is and receiving a consistent product.

Excellent customer service. I just wish the turnaround from printing to delivery was a bit faster, but I understand there are others waiting to get their orders printed.

The labels are excellent.... the processing, production, delivery time is less than ideal. Not sure if this is a result of demand and has caused a slower process? We have been using your services/products for a couple years and as of about 6 months ago, things are taking longer to receive. The staff is terrific, always helpful and kind!

I love the labels and the ability to submit personalized labels. IMO.. the lead time is too long. The notification to proof falls through the cracks way too easy which can add to delay too

This is the second time I've used Wizard Labels. Needed to make a repurchase in a hurry. The process was quick and easy and having a variety of shipping options available alleviated at lot of stress.
