I had an urgent order and they did everything they could to get it turned around fast and to my customer on time. Extremely happy with the customer service, quality and speed! Will be back for sure!

Great customer service.After the company I’ve used for 15 years stopped making our kind of sticker, I contacted them. The quality of the stickers is the exact same and they were a third of the price,literally. I also received them a lot faster than the other vendor. Wish I discovered them years ago!! Very satisfied 😊

I have been using Wizard Labels for years! They are easy to work with and helpful getting started when uploading your design. Lables are excellent quality and look great on my products!

Great fast service

I love the quality of the estate labels. I am very pleased with Wizard Labels.

I paid for expedited shipping 2 weeks prior to when I need my product. The customer service rep was not empathetic to my needs and made no effort to try to get my product printed and shipped. Even if the SLA couldn't get my products to me in time, at least the communication could've been better in terms of receiving the customer request and making an attempt to try to get the order out versus just a standard blurb that any robot could've sent automatically. What's the point of having a human if the human as customer rep is not going to provide value added support? I'm still not sure if I will receive my order in time.
