The first order, I ordered stickers with the wrong type of adhesive. I called them spoke to some very nice customer service people who offered to send me a sample so I knew what I was ordering would work for our project. It was prompt and I ordered new stickers with a discount! Amazing service felt like they actually cared!

Update: Customer service has been great and they are correcting and resending my second order. I am grateful and look forward to more order with Wizard. This was my second time ordering from Wizard Labels and the quality is much less than my first order, and this time I ordered twice as many labels. I was very happy with my first purchase and had hoped to continue that partnership, but now I am having to shop elsewhere and this is holding up my business.

I sent a request through the customer portal to see about a designer. Peggy responded quickly and walked through the designer process with me.
