It is sad these days we need to have insurance for most everything but when you do, it is nice to have a company where the process is smooth with clear and succinct information readily available for your decision process.

Easy to understand, filling out the form took just a few minutes. All information I needed was right there.

it was fast it was cheaper than others. i haven't had to use my insurance but, just in case if someone borrows my bike without permission then I can replace it. my experience was plesant.

I appreciate their follow up. Customer service seems great! Hopefully I won’t ever have to file an insurance claim but they seem like they’d take care of me. Having insurance on my e-bike gives me peace of mind. I’m glad I found a company that offers it.
