So far Moxie has been great! I did purchase a course to help me set up my account faster and learn the ins and outs of Moxie. I’m also a part of the Facebook group and the Moxie team is very responsive!

I've found Moxie to be an effective tool for managing client billing. Its integration with Stripe simplifies payment processing, and the API capabilities allow for tailored solutions. Overall, Moxie has streamlined my billing processes finally!

Thanks to Moxie, it's super easy to manage my graphic design projects. Invoicing, agreements & emails are, for me, the worst part of my job, but Moxie helps me save so much time and stay organised.

I had an account for some time. A client added me to a project they wanted to organize on Moxie. When I logged in, I saw the new client project, and Moxie said I had to start paying. Which is fine. So I signed up for the $12 / month plan. As soon as they charged me, I lost access to the clients project. Clicked everywhere (there are a lot of places to click). Couldn't find it. Rather than fight the tool, we moved the project to Basecamp, which works and it's easy to add people to projects. I cancelled my Moxie account a few days later. Did not ask for a refund of my $12, because they didn't promise they wouldn't reset my account, and it's not worth my time to argue with them over $12.

Hey Stan - thanks for taking the time out of your very busy day to share your experience. When you were invited to your clients project you would have been part of two workspaces. The workspace switcher is in the lower left and allows you to move between your personal workspace, or the one you were a guest in. It sounds like your personal workspace did not have an active subscription and was prompting you to subscribe if you wanted to continue using it. You do NOT need to pay to be part of someone else's workspace. I checked our chat support system and can confidently say that you never once contacted us via chat, email, or in our community. Had you reached out to our support team, you would have been pleasantly surprised to learn that they would have quickly advised how to toggle to your client's workspace... but beyond that they would have been happy to refund your $12... but hey, writing 1 star reviews is more fun than actually solving problems!
