Moxie is easy to set up and has a great UI and we are using it as a main CRM within a day of setup. It all works out of the box. It is still evolving and of course, there are functionalities we would like to have (e.g. payment scheduling) but their roadmap is extensive so we will wait. But by far the most impressive feature is the amazing and responsive support team led by Geoff, all messages are answered and resolved invariably the same day.

Where do I begin... As someone who lives in the UK but has a number of American, Canadian and even Australian clients I needed a crm that could meet their needs. Moxie caught my attention because of its ability to accept multi currency payments, the scheduler works seemlesslh as well. I've used Dubsado for years and it made cross countries complicated. But still I stuck around because I thought it the best. But within a day of finding Moxie, I jumped ship. .. And then I realised... An app. Moxie has an app! I get sweet notifications with every payment or appointment scheduled... Its wonderful. Contracts and invoices are easily created and beautifully customisable... I can even use my branding font and colors. A handy timer, a phone number I can use for business direct in the app, a calendar sync, it's everything I need. I'm literally having a heart lift each time I open my Moxie. Truly an incredible product. If you are looking for a crm, look no further. Signing up for moxie is a no brainer.

I'm still working on switching over to moxie fully from dubsado but so far I have liked how straight forward it it all is to use. (if you've used Dubsado you'd know that you basically need an associates degree in Dubsado to use it to even half of it's potential bc *nothing* is intuitive) The UI of moxie isn't quite as beautiful as their competitors, but moxie lets you do dark mode and dubsado doesn't so I guess pick what's more important to you. They really want it to be a no-fuss software and I think that's been done quite well. I've yet to dig into the automations much, but from a quick 'drive-by' they seem MUCH more intuitive than what dubsado had to offer. Sorry I didn't mean this to be a comparison review, but that's just all the experience I have. I greatly appreciate Geoff's no-nonsense approach to customer questions and requests. In a world of flowery language, veiled honesty, buzzwords, and bullsh*it, Geoff just tells it straight up, no beating around the bush. Thank goodness bc I am a one person show and I don't have time to decipher a coded message full of PR corporate nonsense. Anyways, give it a try. You'll probably like it. Oh it's also like SUPER competitively priced (at the time of writing this in September 2023) to other CRMs with similar features, I doubt you'll find something as robust as this with a similar price tag. I dare you, go find a fully functional CRM with automations for less than this, then come back and thank me for pointing it out when I'm right. Overall very happy with the functionality but what made me give a 5 start review is the speed at which any issue I have is responded to. I never expect any product to be perfect but the post-purchase experience is what makes all the difference.

I love this software! So much you can do, from project mgmt to creating forms, sending invoices. I'm still learning, but love all the possibilities!

Moxie is great! It's easy to use, the team are super helpful and the platform keeps getting better, including the roadmap. This platform is the closest I've found to an all-in-one, highly recommend to any freelancer or small business.

Amazing tool for freelancers. Easy to use and has many powerful features. Customer support has been the best in terms of asking questions and their roadmap seems pretty solid. Strongly recommend it and will be using this tool for a long time.

Absolutely love the functionality and customer support. This isn't just for freelancers. We use it for two different service based businesses. One in residential construction and the other for a Photo Booth business.
