Responsive and Support is Awesome Moxie has been a pleasant surprise in the app world with a team that is actively engaged with its users and continually building the app. Absolutely love the CRM aspect, and the items to expand it that are planned or currently in progress. Looking forward to using the the communicator for my new phone line on the mobile app and the desk top. I've not ventured down the tasks and projects yet, simply waiting on the ability to use start dates for my filtering (as opposed the due dates which many other uses seem to use), and the recurring tasks which are currently planned. Moxie is great with communications.. keeping users abreast of a very active (and moving!) roadmap... which is much appreciated; and key for a successful app. Totally would recommend if you are looking for a CRM, communications, and proposals -- and yes, even tasks if you work by due dates.

In the beginning - I was reluctant; there are other existing products in the market, and I have a few. But, after some time reading about it and asking my friend to give me a seat on the moxie platform - I got to play around with it for two to six days. And I was surprised at how many things this little platform packed inside. The larger platforms that I already have - I never got to use them because they were complicated to do more straightforward jobs. When I tried my workflow with Moxie - it worked out of the box, with less complexity and fewer things to set up. My key positive element was it could read my inbox, filter out the client communication, and use the same email to communicate as well. It just makes things simpler. Invoices and Client Portal are straightforward to use. (At this point, I have bought this and set it up for usage). You can create/integrate your own landing pages. There are telephony system integrations as add-ons. Simplification is a hard thing to do - they have done it. I have had a few discussions with the founder about improvements, and they are rolling these out according to the development pipeline. Is it perfect? No saas is perfect; it is a journey, and I use it in real-life scenarios. Moxie might not fit a company with a few thousand employees, but it surely does cover freelancers, small biz, and mid-size biz pretty quickly. I have moved clients to Moxie and already integrated with their projects and updates via the client portal. Here is how I rated it: functionality, usability, and features. It is a 4/5, and the founders are keeping communication open, adding in the +1. If you do not need excessive customization and want to get things done - Moxie will be able to help you achieve that. Moxie also has a mobile app that assists you on the go.

While there is healthy competition in the CRM space aimed at small and freelancer business, what truly sets a product apart for us is longevity and reliability. This can be evidenced through proven continued development and support. Moxie checks off both of these boxes with gusto! I feel confident that any time we invest in building out our CRM with Moxie will be time well spent. :)

The product has been perfect for my biz! Easy to implement with Stripe, billing my customers and getting agreements signed has never been so easy! Love the support and assistance from the team. Just starting to work with client portals and I can't wait to see how that will save me more time. I was a long-time Honey Book user and have found that Moxie is much easier to use and more cost-effective for me.

Simple and easy to use all in one solution that does everything i need and more
