Moxie has been a breeze to setup and is just good. For small teams and freelancers most CRM's are either way too complex or in a few cases are barely better than a spreadsheet. Moxie has all the meat and none of the fat, and it is incredibly intuitive. Clearly they are great UI/UX because this is easy to use out of the box.

I've been using Moxie for a few months. I enjoy using it to keep track of clients and projects. I have a business phone line through the app, which I like more than GV. Some functionalities take a little more research, and there are some I wish Moxie would implement. But I have a functional CRM and a client platform, which ups the ante on my brand!

I migrated nearly 10 years worth of book-keeping data from Zoho Books to Moxie, and while that process was an epic undertaking and not without its own headaches, I'm glad I made the transition. With Moxie, I realized that I had been jumping through a lot of hoops with my previous system and much of the data I was painstakingly logging simply wasn't relevant - not to mention the pages and pages of reports filled with accounting terms that I don't understand. Moxie is focused on freelancers and cuts out the unnecessary stuff to get to the core of what's important: getting paid. The team is small and support is fast and personal. I found an issue with Google Fonts in the invoice template PDFs and within a few days of reporting it to the team, it was fixed. During my migration, a couple of times when I couldn't find where to do something, the online chat tech support sorted me out right away. While there are a few things I would like to see added, on the whole I have confidence that the Moxie team is listening to their customers and continuing to improve an already pretty great product.

Excellent platform for freelancers, solo-prenuers, and small agencies. Intuitive to use (i.e. you don't have to go to the help docs much), and mobile app is nice. the way that Moxie is set up has centralized and streamlined so many different processes... Processes that were previously siloed across different apps. My stress has exponentially lessened as a result of not having to log into so many different apps each day, or worry about integrations. 😆 There are a few features that set Moxie apart from similar apps, but the most important is a proper sales pipeline, separate from clients and projects, etc. It allows for a proper sales workflow, forecasting, and reporting, to keep up on growth and KPIs! Another notable feature is the expenses module. It allows you not only to track individual project expenses on a recurring or one-time basis, but also general operating, and general client expenses. You can link any expenses to apps, freelancers/contractors, and more. Founder is very responsive and active both on the platform for support, and off the platform, answering questions in tech enthusiast groups on different forums. Many more positives, but I'll wrap up with: I wish had found Moxie sooner!

Really helpful app for digital nomads. It really provides the services we all need to run our businesses. Also, great customer support by real people. I’m very impressed.

Moxie has been a fantastic platform from which to operate my business! It has everything that a Freelancer needs to stay organized with projects, pipelines, contacts, billing, contracts, support, communication, and more. The platform is very flexible and intuitive. I had been searching for a platform to build and scale my business and it was starting to feel like I may need to build my own. Moxie is almost entirely what I have been looking for! The best part? The Moxie team is very responsive and they continue to build the platform. They listen to suggestions and it truly feels like they want all of their customers to be successful. Yes, there are a few rough edges - sometimes you have to hard-refresh the page to get the changes to update, but that is a small shortfall when contrasted to all the things the platform does right!
