We love Wisper ISP. We live in the country and get good reception, and unlimited internet, which is great.

They are on most of the time..mostly off for upgrades or after a storm..good choice and good price

I have had Wisper Internet service for a little over a year now. I have had no issues outside of 1 or 2 system wide outages. Which I consider to be pretty good. My son complains about streaming for gaming but we have experienced that with other providers as well. Very satisfied customer.
