I have had trouble with my internet for a month and have called multiple times. There has been a technician scheduled to come and fix it twice. I have waited all day with no call no show. It seems like I’m getting the run around when I call. The customer service has not been good in my case.

We are in a bad location for internet service and Wisper is our only option. It is somewhat unfair to criticize them for poor service when I believe they have tried their best to provide good service. But, our internet is very slow and somewhat unreliable. That may just be unavoidable where we are located.
