Absent management
Organization is run by absent manaement. Dont work here! I applied and person didnt even show up! I sat in an empty community center for 25 minutes. Person showed up and interview continyed through.i really wanted to work close to home so i tolerated this. He said he would put me on schedue. I texted and called every 2 weeks. 2 months later i had friend of friend reach out to directer to see what issue is?? And i got an email from the person that same day! I"NOT INTERESTED". Ok but reply to a calk or email prrson! I emailed them called Human resources and she hasnt respnded to 3 contacts in 3 months. Why??? I wouldnt want to work tgere or BE TREATED THERE! Its called being professional ! From the top to the bottom the assistance and counseling should be given to Wishope staff before clients. Respect , professionalism and accountability do not live at that organization.
