I have emails from 2019 where I cancelled my service. They did not cancel and have been billing me $72/year ever since.

I have used three of the major providers in this space and these guys are miles in front in my opinion. If you are not a developer or IT specialist this is a great platform to use and the tech and support team are super helpful. Very easy to integrate and they even helped me to find a solution when sending bulk emails through another platform, very committed to help and definitely the most user/customer friendly I have encountered.

I have been trying to stop Wise Stamp from displaying distracting pop ups in my google workspace email for 2 years. I have spent many hours watching videos, reading articles, installing and uninstalling the app. Even when it has been deleted the pop up continues! It's the most persistent IT issue I have ever encountered. It's become personal. I want it in the boxing ring this is war

Canceled ONE YEAR ago and out of the blue: Mon Dec 30 Monday Dec 30 WISESTAMP.COM 6508665772 DEITEM TRANSFERRED FROM PREV ACCOUNT $76.04 I canceled 12/30/2023 and was just charged an entire year later. I canceled ONE YEAR ago and you charged me and I canceled. REIMBURSEMENT ME IMMEDIATELY.

They charge my card 69$ I am trying to login I can’t even login to shity website nor they are answering they are scammers stay away

I was giving the option to upgrade to Pro for $5.80 and as soon as I authorize that they charged my account for $69.60. Immediately after I was charged I tried contacting them on their site only for the robot to keep saying they don't understand me. I called to Israel only to be hung up on. I have yet to be able to speak with someone on this matter. I've already disputed it with my bank but transaction is still pending. My advice is stay on the free plan so no one will just take your money. No stars from me
