I ordered a jacket off their website…
I ordered a jacket off their website that was shown in dark brown. When I received the jacket, it was far from dark brown and the company refused to return it or issue a refund or replace it because of the fact that it was outside of a 30 day window. I informed them that this jacket was shipped to my second home and I wasn’t there full-time so I was able to reach out and let them know about the jacket within 30 days but it didn’t matter do not buy from this company not only do they not stand behind their merchandise. They are far from customer friendly.
