I ordered a shirt that was supposed to be linen. In fact, it was, as another reviewer on this site said, like a cheap kids Halloween costume - crappy polyester or some other plastic-like substance. No fabric label of course. The shirt’s print is similar to that in the website photo but a much tackier color. I’d not be caught dead wearing this rag. And yes to return it, you get to ship it to China. A terrible purchase, shame on me for not scouring the web to find reviews like this site is providing - lesson learned. Do not do business with Wisemere.

I contacted my credit card company as soon as I opened the package of paper thin, ugly, flea market quality shirts. I tried one shirt on and the button pulled threads with it as soon as you push it through a hole. It’s not even worth your time and money returning the crap back to China for a credit. Wisemere will never pay you back. Biggest scam I’ve ever fallen for. Hopefully you won’t.

Their clothing has no fabric content labels. Illegal??? Certainly unethical! The corduroy shirts I ordered were some cheap polyester version of corduroy. The fit is not true to size. They do not tell you that the items are shipping from China, so the delivery time is at least 2 to 3 weeks. Also, the shirts were wadded up into baggies and shipped in a thin plastic bag

If I could give a minus rating I would as they don't deserve one star. This B.S. Company has to be the worst ever ! They are complete crooks using very misleading ads as to the quality and look of their clothing. I ordered an expensive long sleeved what I bought was a 100% pre-shrunk cotton with a kind of washed look to it. What I got was a complete piece of crap polyester shinny black shirt. This shirt was nothing like the advertised version I thought I was buying.. Their true to fit claim is a complete joke as this shirt was HUGE! no way could I wear it.. They advertise free returns, more B.S. as you have to pay for the return shipping to CHINA ! that's right China, they claim to be a U.S. Company they are not ! so pay about $30.00 to ship it back to China & deal with customs as that is your responsibility and expense! needless to say I'm livid over this disqusting misleading con organization. The Chicken shit customer service rep Gretchen offered me 10% refund to keep it and maybe give it to a friend! unbelievable, after more complaining they went up to 30% , knowing I was screwed I accepted this and decided to just chalk it up as a bad experience! Do you think I've gotten that lousy 30% oh hell no! they are full of more excuses, it's your bank, it takes 10 days in some rare cases! This is yet more garbage from these vile cons, we have well passed the 10 day mark which is just another cutoff. This Company Sucks! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE DIRT BAGS! LET ME REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE DIRTBAGS! Run , keep your money, you will get screwed with their bait and switch. The clothes they send you which also takes an extremely long time to get here will certainly disappoint you. WISEMERE SUCKS!

False Advertisement! I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought a summer suit from them, and the quality was absolutely horrible! In the advertisement, it appeared to be slightly textured like a lightweight linen blend, but when I received it, I noticed it was literally just printed on some kind of cheap fabric similar to a Halloween costume. I submitted a request for a return, but instead of sending the return instructions, they attempted to have me keep the suit and “give it to a friend” and offered me $9 and a 10% discount on my “next” order as if I would ever purchase any of their products again. I honestly do not believe that most of their reviews are based on a genuine experience.

Total scam website pretending to be based in the USA, but it is actually a Chinese operation sending wrong items. I ordered shoes in size US 11 / EU 45, but they shipped me a size EU 43 (US 9.5-10) which I completely cannot wear.When I contacted customer service with photo proof of their error, they completely refused to just fix their mistake. Instead of immediately sending the correct size that I paid for, they tried to bribe me with insulting partial refunds and 10% coupons to buy a second pair. I rejected their lowball offers and demanded an exchange, and they just went silent and refuse to give me what I ordered. They take your money under false pretenses, send unwearable sizes, and then try to keep your money through awful support tactics. Do not trust this website. Please never go to this website: wisemere.com I ordered a jacket for my husband and what we got didn't even look like it. In their advertisement it was quilted and the one we got was just stamped to look quilted. I tried to get my money back thru email with Gretchen and never got a dime back. I did try to email several time and was told they processed 40% back but they didn't. Please don't waste your time or money with this company. Would love to download a picture but can't. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM WISEMERE!!! Today's date is 8/25/26 and I STILL HAVEN'T received my refund. Grethen keeps saying "I want to assure you that we processed your refund on July 11, 2026. Again, I recommend checking with your bank or credit card provider again, as they may have additional information regarding the status of the refund. Sometimes, banks may take longer to process refunds than expected." And I keep telling them that I checked with my bank and they haven't received the refund either.
