Took 45 mintes to place an order... just before completion, phone went dead. They did not save any information. Had to go through the process again. No discount offered for my trouble. Shipping added $100 to my $295 order. Never again.

I recently purchased several hundred dollars' worth of Christmas gifts thru Wisconsin Cheeseman. I have shopped with them for two years. It has come to my attention that people received more than one gift while others did not receive any. Wrong addresses were delivered to as well. Another complaint is that many of the packages did not have any note telling the recipient who sent the gift. The ones that did have a note were hard to find with the smallest font possible being used. I spoke to a supervisor this morning and she did not seem to care. She told me every one of the packages had the right names, addresses, and notes on them and she isn't responsible for incorrect delivery. There is essentially nothing she would or could do for me. This is supposed to be worry-free Christmas shopping but now I have to call all of the people who were to receive packages and confirm whether or not they did receive them. I didn't appreciate the supervisor's attitude and it would appear this is the last time I order from Wisconsin Cheeseman. They have a good product but the customer service and satisfaction is terrible.

I placed my order by phone, and the woman I dealt with was not very bright, and it took a painfully long time to get my order placed. When it arrived, I was shocked at the way it was packaged as it was just small, boxes wrapped in plastic. The portions of everything were tiny and the food itself was terrible. Really just not edible.

I try to order and thought maybe had to pay only half for order but they want full price as don’t believe when they said you get credit as it a scam

Placed a gift order, had phone book & looked up address. Typed recipients address but order defaulted to my address so I got package. Tried customer service but told to call back another time & hung up on. Awful service - will never use again & from other reviews this is a place to avoid completely.

I went online to purchase 3 ea. of the D. Lucky 13 Feast gifts ($29.99 ea.) to be delivered to separate address in the Tampa, FL area, however, when it came time to place the order I saw to my surprise that your cost to ship each item was $39+ EACH which included a "handling fee." As I know, you too would have cancelled the order. Needless to say, I ordered similar gifts from Amazon Prime with free shipping! I can't imagine the amount of money you guys are losing due to your rates. I'm sorry too that I did not read the reviews on Trust Piot regarding your company. 😡 Happy Holidays! Mike Acebedo

I made an order online on November 25th with a delivery date of December 6th selecting in-house credit for my payment method. The only communication from the company was an email thanking me for my order. On December 5th I got on to check the status of my order for how it was shipped to find it hadn’t shipped yet. I immediately called the company to find out why and was told that the credit department put my order on hold. The person I was talking to said someone from credit would call some time in the next 24 hours. They never called me so I called them back. I was informed my credit was not approved so I had to make a new order and pay with my credit card. I was transferred to customer service to get my order taken care of. Customer service redid my order and told me I would receive my order on December 15th and that it went through on their credit. I asked for a supervisor. I explained everything that had happened and the fact I needed my order for an obligation on December 9th. The supervisor reordered my order and told me that I would receive it December16th and if I wanted it earlier I would have to pay an extra $25.50 delivery to get it by December 8th. If Wisconsin Cheeseman had communicated to me of the credit issue when it happened, I could have paid for my order and received it on time. I would not recommend this company to anyone including my worse enemy. They have extremely poor work ethics.

I placed an order for four items being delivered to four different recipients. The next morning I recieved an order confirmation and in reviewing the information found they had switched orders between two recipients. I immediately sent an email explaining the mistake they made and called an hour later to confirm. The "Customer Service" line is no customer service at all, being an automated system which will promptly disconnect unless it interprets your request as placing an order. I recieved an email 24 hours later explaining that there was nothing they could do to resolve my issue; with some inexplicable story attached about thier refrigerated trucks. Absolutely awful company! Beware! I filed a dispute with my credit card company.
