Customer service is terrible. I ordered numerous holiday gifts for friends. Agent didn’t get delivery information right, excessive delivery charge, refrigerated items left at doors without ringing doorbell, and lack of care towards customer. A person orders things as a personal convenience and this company didn’t even come close. I don’t know how they stay in business but they’ll never get my business again.

I just tried to order 6 items. They were out of4 of them and had the gall to tell me they were going to charge we $12 to ship what we wanted and when I tried to haggle about the shipping she constantly interrupted me and before I could finish the b*tch hung up on me. I was going to order several things and she hung up! Great customer service people. I am going to spread my story far and wide. Screw you Wisconsin Cheeseman. You people are useless!!!!

ordered 2 gifts for Christmas presents, got the delivery and was short most of the items I purchased. After further inquiry I found out that the bulk nof my order was not vavailable, left me with no time to order gifts to bget delivered bwefore Christmas. I was never notified that the bulk of my order was not coming and on top of that I was charged the full price of shipping. Wont order from them again.

I placed an order on 11/20/2020, and on 12/11/2020 I have not received the order. The tracking shows that it is in North Salt Lake City, Utah. After calling about a week ago, I was assured it would be here by today. I called today and each time I called the answering machine took my name and order number and said there was heavy call volume, and hung up. There was no time to talk to a representaive. I will not order from them again.

After placing an order and requesting delivery for Christmas, my gift arrived on December 9th! This is way too early for a Christmas gift! I sent a complaint to Wisconsin Cheeseman and received a form reply informing me that’s too bad. Unless you want your Christmas gifts to arrive shortly after Thanksgiving don’t order until December 16th. And unless you enjoy paying too much for too little, shop elsewhere. I certainly will.

I discovered when comparing catalogues of Wisconsin Cheeseman and Hale Groves, that Hale (who has an outstanding product and business standing) was offering an identical product (the "Pelican" fruit assortment) for more than half the price for which Wisconsin Cheeseman was listing the very same assortment--right down to the identical box. In addition, Hale currently offers free shipping. The Wisconsin folks tack on $17.99 for shipping bringing the price to a total of $72.98 for an item Hale offers (and supplied) for $34.99! When I inquired about this with Wisconsin Cheeseman I got a carefully worded reply that said literally nothing except that they are no longer offering the item because it was "so popular." I doubt seriously that was the reason, so buyer beware! It is still readily available from Hale Groves. There pricing practices and certainly their response to me tells me all I need to know about doing business with them in the future.

Avoid this vendor. They lie and cheat and don’t have a clue what customer service is. I ordered a Christmas gift and the order arrived with a bad product. After calling and asking for my order to be rectified and replaced the customer service agent went ahead and opened a credit account without my consent and charged me for the replacement. For three months I kept receiving a bill and when I would call would be told it was a mistake and would be fixed. Finally after 5 attempts one lady Deborah Meurs fixes the problem and promises to ensure no damage to my credit history and the next thing I know they have reported me as a late payment for $35. I should have never been charged in the first place. Unbelievable! Then starts the next saga... I called at least 7 different times trying to fix this problem and spoke with 7 different people each of whom promises to call back and confirm that they would fix their mistake and clean up this mess with the credit bureau. Everyone lies. Horrible experience and for what? For being a customer! Not worth the trouble and certainly not a business that cares nor do they understand what customer service is.

First i got charge 15.99 for shipping which way too much. Then i order pompom and they where hard and not what was pitcher. Iwill never orer from you again Figis much better dont charge that much. The olny good thing was the candy and the sugar things they are good To pay 81 00 is terriblefor crap I usually dont writer things like this but im mad. Marilyn Colbeck
