Don’t waste your time and money. I ordered five items from this company. One came in a week and a half. The other four items never came at all. I was notified by mail that they are out of stock. They were Christmas presents. The notification arrived on December 27 by snail mail. If ordering by phone, they do not have the ability to tell you that they don’t have the item.

This was my 1st time ordering from Wisconsin Cheeseman as part of Christmas. Items are very small for the price, some require refrigeration which made gift giving a little difficult. I incorrectly thought these would be similar in quality and quantity to the Hickory Farms items of years past. Not so. The catalog pictures were great and that's why I gave them one star.

Problem with catalog descriptions items arrive not as in photos. Also several items were not described as needing refrigeration even before opening so cannot give as gifts which they were purchased for. Tried multiple time to speak with company, no response or help whatsoever

I received a gift with no name of sender. As other reviewers have stated: it took forever to reach a actual person. That took the order # on the package and said they could not find it. Then said they would transfer me to someone who could help and hung up! Very rude and unprofessional. I would never trust them with a order.

Worst service ever! Do not use! They created a label with FedEx took the money out of my account and we still don’t have the product. I called fedex and they say the label was created but not used. I call them (which is a ridiculous hassle) and they told me to wait, I called again several days later and the lady (who barely spoke English) told me to wait more I asked her to cancel the order because it was for an office party it’s not here, she said she couldn’t and transferred me to another lady who said that they can’t because it’s “in shipping” when I let them know that I talked to FedEx they said “it’s listed as in shipping on our side.” Explained AGAIN about my conversation with FedEx and they said there’s nothing they can do. Please save yourself the heartache

We received a gift box today but have no idea who sent it to us. The message simply says Merry Christmas There is no easy way to contact WC. Please reply to trust pilot asap so I can thank someone

Received this cheese as a gift. Terrible cheese and meat! Yuk!! Don’t waste your money awful product!

I placed my order back on October 7th for a delivery date of 12/12/2022. My order was not delivered yesterday as scheduled and this is going to cause problems. We had to rent a refrigerated trailer to keep the product in and we were planning on handing out to our employees tomorrow and yet here we are paying for a trailer rental and no product to give our employees. I called the service number yesterday and no one can tell me where my order is or when it will be delivered. I will never use this company again! We spent over $18,700 for a product with an agreed upon delivery date and we have nothing to show for it and no help in locating it and giving us a time and date of delivery. I am beyond frustrated and annoyed with this whole situation. I now have 760 employees expecting Cheese and Sausage tomorrow and they are not going to be getting it. This has not been a good experience.
