Absolutely terrible service. I tried to cancel an order within minutes of placing it and a full day before the order was confirmed. Within hours of the order being confirmed the following day and a full day after my cancellation request I was told that the order had already been prepped for shipment and they would be unable to cancel. Keep in mind this order was supposed to arrive weeks after my order was placed and shouldn't have shipped yet. This company is a scam.

Told they deliver using refrigeration units. Fed-Ex doesn't have refrigeration units for home deliveries. Received notice my delivery address didn't correspond with my zip code. hmm, getting stuff delivered here for 30 years. I have not received my order but I got a bad feeling that I probably won't and I just got scammed out of about $130.00 for product and was given false shipping tracking number. Contacted FedEx and tracking number doesn't exist. Nice fancy catalog just before Christmas, but what a scam! I closed the card I used because who knows who they'll sell it to. DO NOT Christmas shop from the catalogs you get in your Mail Box. Never use your debit/credit card information, and same thing online. NoNo

Horrible horrible experience from the get-go. This company is a joke. I received a $50 gift certificate from a friend. Used it to purchase Xmas gifts for my mom on Dec 6 with the total order covered by my gift certificate. Then I received an email that they couldn’t ship one of the items to a post office box. Spent 45 min on phone with inept customer svc rep about the split order and was assured the total cost of everything would still be covered by the $50 gift certificate. Began receiving bills for a balance due with late fees accrued a few months later! They had started a line of credit with Swiss Colony that showed up on my equivalent report (!) and my perfect credit went down to the 600s. Called Customer svc and they were useless. Even said the second order was cancelled and never went out! (Yet my mom received it - eventually - after many fed ex notices that it sat in a shipping facility outside Atlanta for weeks.) I could not resolve this issue on phone and decided to just pay online to get it over with - but their website said I had no balance! Had to call again, was told my balance was now $10 more and it would cost $3 to pay on the phone. Sigh. On top of this I’m now receiving dozens of print catalogues from Swiss colony brands. HORRIBLE.

I sent 3 Easter baskets to 3 grandchildren, with instruction to send for Easter - 2 were immediately shipped and received way too early, 3rd grandchild's hasn't arrived yet. Note that ordering will result in almost daily adversing emails, and unsubscribing does not work, they just keep coming. Now also receiving daily demand to do a survey - very disappointing experience because it's impossible to have communications discontinued.

What went wrong, you ask? Well just about everything, a real mess. First you cant' really talk to the company direct, you gert a rep that can only take orders based on the currant catalogue they have. I tried for an hour and kept getting an overseas rep. I ordered product and was charged for shipping container. One bag was shipped in the $45 container.. The rest of the order (cheeses) were shipped in a shrink wrap and left on my porch. that would have been ok except I live in Arizona. The order was not as ordered and cheese was left out in the heat to long so I through it out. I still have shipping trash.. Cheeseman gave a partial refund on the order, again through a Rep. No more from me. Many other company's to buy from.

I placed an order as a Christmas gift for my sister and hit the button to be billed of my credit card I have through the company. Will they billed my sister for her own Christmas gift. I was embarrassed an angry. I called customer service who just sent me to other people. Finally spoke to a woman she was rude and said it was my fault. I ask her to bill my line of credit for that purchase. She made me angry that I was being treated like I was an idiot. Long story short she didn't due what I ask. My sister sent me an email saying she just paid in full . I ask her why she said she was getting phone calls asking when she was paying for her own gift. Very hostile calls. Now I will be lodging a complaint with the better business bureau. I did tell customer service to correct the issue or I would make the complaint to them. There website is cliché.

Agree with everything negative I’ve seen on here. My cheese was old and I gave out as Christmas presents to friends and family. If my cheese was way past it’s time when they sent it to me then I’m sure my family’s was as well. I called customer service and they told me they think the cheese is supposed to be crumbly. My Dad’s best friend was a merchant marine who would bring us cheese wheels from all over the world. I’ve loved cheese since I was about 5 but go ahead and insult my intelligence and tell me Cheddar is supposed to fall apart. You couldn’t even get a slice to put on a cracker with the sausage. Also, my first question was “Where is the date code?” She wouldn’t answer that and said some nonsense like it wasn’t on the packaging. I saw the date code. If the cheese wasn’t old when you sent it to me then WHY be deceptive about the DATE CODE? I was not impressed with the Pecan Kringles I ordered either. They were extremely thin and hard to find a Pecan in them at $26 a pop no less. I SURE WISH I had read the reviews BEFORE I ordered from them but they were good when they were Swiss Colony so I assumed they were the same. This is the second year in a row I ordered from them. Last year, I placed the order in October for Christmas and it finally showed up over a month late. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and another chance. I really regret that decision. NEVER AGAIN!

The cheese we ordered tasted good. However, they gave an option of picking a delivery date that was NOT even close to be honored. When I called and spoke with the customer service personnel, they transferred me to a manager who said there was nothing they could do. They delivered it 10 days PRIOR to my requested date. I knew my recipient was not home. They told me this was my problem.
