Having problem getting paid for the second time. Performance seems shady, especially I keep uploading photos but some month the sales numbers gotten worse while the other stock agency performs better as I upload more. I wonder if the company is in some kind of financial trouble for the also stop their mobile app operation. If your time is valuable and you have to choose between which agency you want to sell your photos through, I'd hold up on this one.

Extremely shady. Unrealistic expectations. As an artist, you're required to create 50 sets of 5 3D renders each (a total of 250 images) in just 10 days. After all that, the images still go through an approval process where none might be accepted, yet they can still use them since you're not allowed to watermark the work for review. Their instructions are also questionable, like the one that asks for '4 brief captions in a commanding tone' for each edit, which makes it seem like they're using your work and captions for AI training. The whole process feels unrealistic and shady. I recommend passing on this 'freelance opportunity.

Hello, Thank you for your response. However, I must respectfully disagree with some of the points you’ve made. When I was first approached by Ani Harutyunyan on LinkedIn, the communication was clear that I could choose between creating 3D work or illustrations. I specifically opted for illustrations due to the tight deadline and never received any explicit direction stating that only 3D work would be accepted. This requirement was only brought up after I submitted my work, which was already completed following the guidelines I was provided. Additionally, I have asked for a formal contract or agreement to clarify the terms, and this was never provided. Instead, I was informed that my account would be deleted, and communication with Ani stopped after I raised my concerns. While I appreciate that you may have guidelines and feedback mechanisms in place, it’s important to recognize that I fulfilled my end of the agreement based on the initial instructions. Repeatedly changing the requirements after work has been delivered is not fair practice, and accusing me of using AI-generated content without providing sufficient evidence is not acceptable. I have gathered sufficient proof that all work was done by me, and I have been transparent throughout this process. My goal has always been to resolve this matter amicably, but I feel that I have not been treated fairly or professionally. Man muss zahlen wenn man Videos oder Fotos anbietet. Nur 5 sind frei. Geht gar nicht. Provision wie bei Stockfoto Plattformen wäre OK. Aber so nicht! Hier kannst du nicht Geld verdienen sondern wirst zum Zahler statt Anbieter!

Worst microstock agency and distributor, they make you pay for selling your assets ( this is incredible in some countries could be against the law ) , they are not transparent at all ( ai data programs and special programs for big agencies are non existant for us contributors but that doesnt mean they use your assets, who knows ) , tagging and keywording service is poor, and there is always a good justify to skip your payment forward. Very disappointed. Answer to the answer: when you decide to leave such a review you give up giving you opportunities, you fail in such a wide array of issues that isn't worth to say a word. say no more

The customer service is able to fix the issue very quickly and they are very friendly and pretty fast to talk to. I would highly appreciate all the technical members behind the customer service team. I hope it will continue to be like that.
