Everything is good but project consistency is not. If projects are consistent it’s fine to work for them.

As a contributor there are many issues that we find frustrating, like: - the core business of paying to contribute to agencies, ( like somebody ask money to get a job, similar situation ) - when there are bonus or datasaset payments on each agency , sometimes every month ( shutterstock ) or twice or more a year ( getty, deposit, adobe, pond5 etc ) , we never got any extra payment for our assets ( so it means that they get the money keep it ), -missions are very bad organized and paid a lot less than in adobe/getty, and the communication in general is very unpolite. Its a very bad rated distributor in the world of stock contributors and artists, look in you tube ( not the sponsored by them of course ) and in forums and you will find more answers.

Ok I’ve been with wirestock since 2021 and it was free to submit photos and videos back then and I have sold a few photos and videos, which was excellent, but when you ask for money now to submit 200 photos and videos a month that’s fine but it should be 200 submited approved photos and videos per month for market place, I just don’t like submitting 200 photos and Videos and 100 of them only get approved it would be good if you could give us back those 100 that wasn’t approved to make up it up to the 200 we were paying for the month as a lot of us photographers have 10 of thousands photos ready to go up

I'm purchasing a one year premium membership plane but it can't work. After contacting the support team, he asked to wait 24 hours and it will be updated. But I'm waiting 4 days it's not working properly. I'm sending an email about my issue support team not responding. Every time I select an external marketplace it's repeating to buy a premium membership? How many times do I purchase? Support team response within 24 hours before payment after payment they are not responding more than 3 Days After the payment I saw overall review in DISCORD members/customers everyone facing issues Customer service not responding everyone Does anyone know about this?

The customer support is very good. The best thing I can say is the speed and simplicity of the explanations, which are clear.
