I ordered a 12 pack

I ordered a 12 pack. It's inedible. I had to throw them all out. I don't eat dairy, sugar or grain so it sounded perfect. I don't know what im tasting, the stevia or something else but it just tastes like frozen chemical to me. It was brutal. So sad. I was really excited.

Hi Nicole, I'm so sorry this was your experience with our products. We know we're not for everyone, but do appreciate you giving us a try. That being said, we stand behind our products. What is your order number? I'd love to make this right for you as per our satisfaction guarantee. Thank you for providing this. Again, we totally understand that a sugarless, dairy-free ice cream alternative is not going to be to everyone's taste, and honestly do appreciate you giving us a try. That being said, we stand behind our products and our service. I've refunded your order as per our satisfaction guarantee policy. You can find more on that by following the link below. https://winkfrozendesserts.com/pages/returns-and-refunds The reviews on Trustpilot are all from authentic buying experiences and are verified through order matching, just as your order was.
