The new delivery service, utilizing FedEx 2-day delivery, is definitely a step in the right direction. I'm disappointed that my packages arrive with no dry ice in them. The packaging has been upgraded but the product is no longer frozen, just cold. I hope WINK is able to remedy this in the immediate future.

Love Wink! Have been a fan for years. I order mine to my home, but wish they were easier to find and more widely carried in stores ( Instead of all the other popular brands full of sugar such as Halo and Arctic Zero). I can eat 2 pints in a row and not feel guilty;)
