WinkBedsReviews of winkbeds.com

The mattress itself is lovely, but getting to that point has been a giant pain. I was bummed not to receive my platform and mattress together, and it wasn't clear from the shipping email that only the mattress had shipped and the platform was backordered die to supply chain issues. Then UPS dumped the mattress in our driveway on a rainy day and my husband couldn't get it inside himself, so I had to turn around on my way to work so we could push it together. We both wind up hurting ourselves in the process - and we bought the new mattress because we've both been having back pain! The thing had to sit in the hallway until we received the alternate platform we ordered from Amazon, and then getting the mattress onto the platform was an ordeal. Opening the mattress once on the platform was also tricky. But now that it's set up, I love the mattress itself--it is unbelievably comfortable.

Just received my bed in the mail today. It’s quite heavy and astounding how they were able to roll it up into a 4 ft tall box. It took a bit longer for the bed to get to me than I had expected.

Mattress arrived as advertised. Enjoying the comfort level.

The box for the mattress and the plastic bag with pillows were to weak and ripped during the move.

The delivery of my Winkbed was straightforward. The only issue I had was with the condition of the box. It was ripped in several places and had a few holes. The bottom flaps were wide open because tape was missing and probably sheared off. I just hoped nothing fell out. There was a cutter and 3 pieces of paper (warranty, trial ino, setup) inside box. I inspected bed and found no issues.

It's not as silent as I was hoping for. Trying it out for a little and making sure it works for us.

UPS delivered the bed we ordered on time, I contacted customer support, about the other items ordered. They were very prompt in response and clarified the situation with the rest of our order. Looking forward to a good nights sleep

Items arrived early for the most part. Shipping was a bit chaotic and in three separate shipments. But it all got here in good shape. Easy to put together as advertised.
