I was looking for a bed, cause I am starting to get back problems. Me and my wife are back sleeper but we’re also side sleepers. We debated between three different beds. We chose wink beds based on mattress reviews. Everything went fine. The only thing I don’t like about wink beds as there’s no mattress handles there are no mattress handles that is a pain to move these beds around

Received my mattress extremely quick, I believe within 2 days, but had to wait for the protector ~5 days after including over the weekend when it should have arrived on Friday. I would prefer to receive my whole order at the same time or similar time to utilize it, especially with mattress protector. So that was a bit of a let down. However minus my complaint on shipping, wink hit it on everything else.

Amazing experience

Order process was simple, delivery in a week. I like the mattress cover design. I wanted SOFT with support. So far it’s on the firmer side. It’s been two weeks and I just rotated the mattress per instructions. So we’ll see.

The delivery was great. It unfolded quick and without problems. I'm not sure if it's comfortable for me. My back hurts, or more like stiff in the morning. I will give it some more time.

The only problem, was delivery. I received many different delivery dates.. I was lucky I happened to be home.

My order shipped a day or two later than expected. The track was a little weird (not Winks fault).

Great bed! Box came a little beat up, but mattress was fine.
