The item was shipped quickly and arrived at my door within a week of placing the order. I changed my mind about something extra I included, and though there is no human contact other than email customer service, the adjustment was made to my payment and a refund was issued immediately. One star off for no phone customer service, but otherwise a great experience.

The mattress arrived a lot earlier than they stated. I thought, based on the site, that it would take 2 weeks just to be made. It arrived in a few days. I enjoyed the process of receiving my bed directly to my home. As a sole woman dragging it inside, it wasn't too hard alone. I used ChatGpt to narrow down which specific one to order for my needs. I was able to maneuver it onto my platform bed. The packaging said it comes with a razor to split the plastic but it did not. I got it cut back with my own blade. Th3 bed is comfortable. It actually took me a few nights foe my body to adjust to the comfort after my old mattress. But now, it's great, I get good rest on it. The overall experience was good. I only dislike that I now have to figure out how to remove my old mattress. Which reminds me, there is a fee in the pricing for mattress waste even though they (Wink) doesn't do the removal of the old one. I definitely recommend purchasing this way.

Nice bed so far, but construction is not perfect with some slight flaws I'm a bit concerned with. Some of the foam or top layer material has a slight raised roll about 2 feet in length. It is currently at the foot of the bed but wondering if I will notice when I rotate to head of bed. Also springs slightly bulging out on one side when compared to the other. We will see how works longer term.

Wink bed seems to make a great product. So far we are loving our winkbed plus. It's only been one week since we received our mattress bed it's comfortable so far. Delivery was quick, tracking was right on the mark.

I wasn’t super thrilled with the LoadUp service, nothing against the driver, I just didn’t realize it was a third party service.

I love my bed and I liked the white glove delivery people. However, UPS dumped my bed in the middle of my driveway. I am a 71 year-old woman and it was going to rain that night so it took me forever to try to push and pull the box with the bed into my garage. Not cool UPS.

The order process and website were easy to navigate. The delivery went well and tracking was good. The bed frame arrived in ok condition. There were a few areas damaged during shipping but I didn’t feel like complaining because those areas are covered by the mattress. The mattress has been very comfortable so far.

The bed came very quickly and so far we have been very pleased with the quality. We talked to a service person before we ordered and she recommended that we order a different firmness level than we were originally considering. The mattress we ordered (Luxury Firm) seems to be exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, we were less pleased with the company Winkbed uses to remove the old mattress and install the new mattress. They were scheduled to arrive between noon and four. I called at 2:45pm to see what time they would arrive. Told me they were held up at the job they were at, expected to be done in 15 minutes and would call with their ETA. Never called and finally showed up at almost 6pm. I had to cancel two things that I had going on that evening because of this - one of them I could have taken care of and been back home before they arrived if they had simply given me an accurate ETA.
