The delivery process was excruciating. The delivery of the bed was delayed several days beyond what was listed at time of purchase. The Shipper, UPS, only provides "Delivery before 7 PM", so it is impossible to ensure someone is home. As such, they attempted delivery once, took the mattress back when no one answered the door. Then they 'misrouted the mattress', and on their next scheduled delivery day, which I took off of work, they simply did not show up. The mattress was eventually delivered the following day, when I was not home, and it was left blocking the door to the apartment. The box was filthy, and torn in a few spots. Luckily the mattress was well wrapped and not stained. For the delivery process alone, I will probably just buy from a brick and mortar store the next time.

The bed is too heavy for husband to carry upstairs alone so it's sitting in our living room in the box still

I received my order but the mattress was the wrong size (I ordered a queen and received a king size mattress) which I'm now having to store in my house until they can remove it and ship a new queen mattress. The customer service was amazing but it's still a massive inconvenience since the mattress doesn't fit any of our furniture.

While the bed arrived in just a week, the delivery through UPS was late (2 days) and not delivered to our door but to a package room half a block away with the box badly damaged. Fortunately, the bed was intact and, in the end, very comfortable. Customer service was very responsive every time I reached out.

The box arrived damaged, but the mattress was not damaged. I hadn't realized how heavy and bulky it would be, and I was unable to get it to my upstairs bedroom on my own. Just set it up and time will tell how I like it.

The delivery was quick. Quality seems great so far. The only complaint I have is making someone wait 30 days to return or even exchange the mattress. I had back surgery and this was rated highly for back pain. When I received the bed it only took 2 nights to realize that I could not sleep on the bed. The firmness is too much for me. I can’t sleep and I’m in so much pain when i wake up that I now sleep on the couch 90% of the time. I am counting down the days until I can return this mattress. I contacted customer service and there is nothing they will do for us.

My husband and I bought a Queen luxury firm in March 2021. We recently bought a new house and the mattress arrived before our furniture. We actually had it on the floor for a few weeks before our bed was delivered. It was a bit more than I was expecting to pay for a mattress, but sounded like a great night's sleep, similar to a hotel mattress. My husband has back pain and I am a cancer survivor who frequently wakes up with night sweats, so the promises of support and cooling sounded perfect. From the first night, both of us were surprised at how much softer it was than we were expecting. It's definitely a mattress you sink into. It also was not as cool as I'd hoped, but not overly hot like some memory foam mattresses. Getting it into our Queen bedframe was a very tight squeeze and it's a little tricky to change the sheets. Also, as others have noted, the stitching quality is not great and one side of the pillow top was deformed by the shrink wrap. I'd hoped it would regain its shape over time, but it hasn't. Unfortunately, over the past few months the mattress has just gotten softer and softer, motion isolation is terrible and I feel it every time my husband moves (we weigh about 150 and 160). But the worst realization was about four months in when we realized we were both waking up with sore bodies all over, and severe pain in my mid- to upper back, which is entirely new for me. The mattress feels okay when we go to bed but we both wake up tight and in pain. As a cancer survivor, new pain anywhere, particularly in my back, is a huge trigger and a sign of metastasis, so needless to say, I'm not getting a great night's sleep. Firmness is obviously more subjective than I realized, but for us, there is nothing firm (or particularly luxurious) about this mattress. Unfortunately the free trial period has just passed by about two weeks, so we're out of luck. Our only option is to buy Firm at 50% off, for which you're required to pay $95 for white glove delivery (my original mattress was literally tossed in the bushes by the Fedex driver, so not sure why they force you to do white glove the second time around). This may in fact be the best mattress for you, but I would just recommend keeping in mind that it changes significantly over the trial period. Mark that return deadline on your calendar, because it will come around faster than you think! Wink will bombard you with emails while you're looking at their mattresses, before you buy, but once it's delivered all communication ceases, so it's very easy to forget!
