This was the worst customer service I’ve ever had. They delivered me the wrong mattress then told me they couldn’t pick it up. Said if I got rid of it on my own they’d give me a full refund only to later say I don’t actually get a refund.

My husband and I chose Wink with high hopes after reading about its support for side sleepers and back issues, especially since I was pregnant. Supporting an American-made product was a point of pride, and we trusted Wink’s reputation for quality and durability. Initially, it was great. However, we experienced issues. Despite my husband being average size (6’, under 185 lbs), his side of the mattress sank after 120 days. I (5’4”, 145 lbs) had worsening back pain, leading to costly therapy. After six weeks in Costa Rica on a firm mattress, my pain was gone. Returning home, Wink lacked support. My husband couldn’t tolerate his sunken side. Flipping the mattress upside down provided temporary relief but ruined comfort. Their warranty is useless (requires the mattress to 1.5” sink without weight). Their warranty is useless (requires 1.5” sink without weight).🤦🏽‍♂️ Winks customer support was NOT understanding at all that we didn't reach out to them before the 120 day period. I was at the tail end of my pregnancy and then gave birth to our 5th child, which put the mattress out of our mind and we thought we were still within the warranty period. I sure wish companies would consider people at times instead of just the bottom line. They offer 50% off a replacement, but if Wink mattresses fail in under a year, why risk another $1,000? They sold us a king for $1,699 and expect more for a firmer one. Great greedy business model to make more $$, terrible customer service. I would like to try their FIRMER model, but I don't know if I can trust their long term quality.

Purchased the Winkbed 8 months ago with the understanding that the mattress works with any adjustable base as stated on their website. Recently I started lifting up head a bit higher than my normal few inches and it bunches up under my low back. I have photos to back it up but their response is that because it looks normal when laid flat, there is nothing wrong with the mattress.

Horrible customer service, buyer beware! We purchased our Wink bed about 5 years ago and it was great until about the last 6 months - it has started sagging in the middle causing my wife and I both hip and back pain. I reached out to customer service on October 21 making them aware of the issue and sending photos. It is now November 8th and I have sent more than 10 photos and measurements at their request without resolution. Every time I email they just tell me the pictures aren’t good enough and to send more. There is a very VISIBLE crease horizontally through the middle of the mattress that is approximately 2 inches deep and clear as day to see. They also respond at 6:59pm EST each time (their customer service closes at 7pm EST). They are giving me the run around and hoping I just give up. The sad part is I bought the product because it is made in USA and backed with a warranty (supposedly) against defects which it clearly has. The level of customer service is an absolute joke for the price of the product and the owner/CEO should be disgusted for the lack of warranty adherence and communication from his team. Avoid at all costs!!!!

The wink bed is horrrible. They have 120 day return policy and now i know why. After 6 mos it sagging. Do yourself favor and do not buy this bed. That simple

Negative stars. Utter garbage. We had a winkbed previously (and for the last 7 years) and it was really great. Ordered a new one but the quality is not remotely on par. The edges are smashed/wonky and won’t cover the bottom layer section at all. The edge sewing is totally off on one full side. The mattress is 11.5 instead of 13.5. It is not the thickness portrayed in the specifications and the edges are just generally a total mess. What are they thinking sending out this shoddy work. Plus, the response when I reached out with the issues articulate in writing and memorialised with photos was “sleep on it” with no explanation for the variance or subpar quality. No, send me a quality product that matches what you portrayed. In fact, the first response I got to my concerns was a “are you interested in buying an winkbed” indicating they didn’t even read what we were reaching out about and failed to look at the many pictures I sent. I hoped this was an anomaly but it appears this is what they are selling now. Already emailed them to tell them to come pick up their trash.

Terrible mattress that collapsed upon arrival but winkbeds does not live up to their guarantee. NY Times Wirecutter should be ashamed of themselves for promoting winkbeds. I'll never trust their reviews again.

Bought a WInkbed Ecocloud latex mattress. The 120 day return/replacement warranty is a joke. The bed developed large sink holes in many areas a month after warranty, but 'were not deep enough to qualify for replacement'. The bed now has a foam topper on it, but that will be too hot to sleep on, so we are putting the $2,500 new bed in the guest room to ensure guests are not comfortable enough to stay more than 2 or 3 nights! The winkbed solution is to buy another mattress from them at 50% off and YOU have to pay the shipping of the very heavy bed! Yeah, right! AND It's final sale, so no way to know if we are getting another lemon! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY ANY OTHER BED IN A BOX
