The "free" sheets came first and I got a little worried. They are thin and scratchy-not something I expected to go with a luxury bed. But fortunately, when the bed finally arrived, it was great. While everyone has different preferences, the 4 inches of latex felt so much better to me than the similar amount of memory foam that was on a previous mattress that I tried. It's soft but it doesn't swallow you when you roll over on it. I'm 6'2", 210 lbs, so your mileage may vary. But my wife weighs MUCH less and she likes it too. It sleeps like a dream...highly recommended. But they'd be better off not sending the sheets at all : )

i ordered the king luxury firm bed 9/25, received it 10/2 and think it has been very comfy so far! it is on the floor as we are waiting for our pallet bed frame to arrive and it still feels supportive. i don’t notice when my significant other tosses/turns or gets in/out of bed. i didn’t notice any super crazy odors initially, maybe just a little as it aired out of the box the first few hours. otherwise very much so enjoying it now seven nights in. no complaints!

I got my mattress and the sheet and pillow set exactly when the shipping I do said they would arrive. The mattress was quite heavy but my husband was able to get it onto our bedframe. The mattress opened up easily and entertainingly enough.

I love my new Winkbed! I debated between the gravity lux and the popular luxury firm options and ended up choosing the luxury firm. It shipped and arrived sooner than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The box/mattress were pretty heavy, so for one person to move it into the house it was a bit difficult but once it was in unpacking was a breeze. The mattress itself filled out quickly after unpacking and there were no unpleasant odors or offgassing. It did take a few days to break in and start moulding to my body but it was totally worth it. I haven't slept this soundly in years.

I loved how each mattress was described online. It made it very easy to make a decision which to purchase for my husband and me. I ordered the heavy duty frame as well. We were especially pleased with getting a free mattress cover, sheets, pillowcases and pillows with our order! They were as high quality as the mattress! We have never slept better. Thank you!
