We paid for installation and removal but the mattress arrived separately from the frame, so we had to bring the heavy frame up several flights of stairs and install it ourselves despite having paid for installation. That said, the men who installed the mattress were lovely and incredibly helpful. So I place no blame with them.

I don't the the ad for the mattress and platform is transparent to the facts. The fact that it requires a lot of rotation and that it provides no handles or mattress straps to accommodate this, especially for elderly customers, and the fact that the platform has now where to attach the headboard. Both problems should be noted in the ad, and really both problems could be solved easily. I also note that since you keep sending me similar surveys repeatedly that you obviously don't read them.

So far the bed is less than satisfactory. We are not sleeping well. It is very very firm.

Great mattresses for the price. The mattress covers were $69 and said hypoallergenic and waterproof. I sneeze from dust mites and also , my toddler peed and all the urine went through! Get the mattress, skip their mattress cover. Get it elsewhere.

I have been sleeping on the Wink bed for 70 days. When the mattress was in place on the frame it was very comfortable. Problem is the frame they supply is a piece of #%@%. It is very poorly engineered and allows the slats to fall out and will cause the bed to become unsupported. So in the middle of the night you end up sleeping on the side of a hill! The slats sit on a lip that is only 5/8" wide. If you are anything over 200# forget it. The bed will support you but the frame will fail. Numerous emails achieved no solution and the frame has no warranty!

I admit I gave incorrect address… mattress arrived at wrong address. I reached out to customer service before foundation shipped… was given confirmation that shipping address was changed to correct address… unfortunately, it showed up at the wrong address again. No one corrected or made this easier. I am not thrilled.

We spent a lot of time researching what bed would be the best for us. The ease of ordering the bed and delivery were great. However we feel the bed is too firm for us. Despite being rated for back pain specifically and side sleeps we are both waking up to reposition and sore in the morning.

The chat staff was helpful in addressing my questions/concerns but didn’t really listen to my needs. I repeatedly stated that while we were plus sized, we didn’t want an extremely firm bed. Well the bed arrived in a beat up box that had shoe marks from someone kicking it. It was so heavy we couldn’t get it up the stairs on the first try. We then finally got it unwrapped and set up, and it is so firm it hurts my hips and back. I’m so disappointed and wish I had gone with my gut and not with the more expensive and less comfortable recommendations from the staff.
