The mattress we ordered arrived in a timely fashion with no problems! Thank you. We weren't able to open the mattress until a couple of days ago because our new bed wasn't here yet. After two nights on the wink mattress, it is firmer than I find comfortable, but I always need a few days to adjust to any new bed. The quality of the mattress appears to be great.

This was the first bed my wife and I have purchased online. It felt a bit daunting buying a mattress without sleeping on it, but the 120 night sleep trila was perfect. We purchased the Gravitylux Medium and slept on it for 3 months before we determined it was too firm. We contacted customer service and they sent us the softer version within 2 weeks of calling. The softer mattress is perfect and it is exactly what we wanted.
