The bed is good, good, fast delivery. However, the coordination for the bed removal and set up was TERRIBLE (LoadUp). I live in a rural area so there are not a lot of options for this type of service BUT they waited until the day of, to find someone to come out and set up my bed. They finally found a company THREE days later - with 4 hour window options for them to come out. Loadup would not offer me a refund if they could not come up. WinkBeds did offer me a refund for the set up and removal service but they followed up with Loadup for me, so that company is good. They should not partner with Loadup.

Service has been very good. The matress is more firm than expected. Planning to give it a month or two and then consider exchanging for the softer option

Very delayed delivery, but good follow-up communication.

I thought I was shipped the wrong mattress because this is NOT firm. But the label on the mattress states "Luxury Firm". This is the softest, least firm mattress I have ever owned. I know "firm" is a relative term but I can't believe anyone would think this mattress was in any way firm.

Bed is great. Box came open, tape was tampered and blade per instructions, was not inside. This is more of a delivery carrier and how they handled the package. Live my new bed!

The mattress is comfortable. It isn’t the best mattress ever but it is good. The pluses are that it has slept cool and it is very stable so you don’t feel your partner’s motion if they get up during the night. However after 5 nights it is still off gassing. We have ordered online mattresses before from other companies so some smell was to be expected but this one seems to linger the longest. The total process from order to delivery was pretty quick and the mattress, frame, and protective cover all were delivered in a reasonable time despite being from different places. The frame box was damaged but the contents were fine. The frame seems a little cheap (it was inexpensive compared to others). Assembly was easy although the pins that hold the corners together didn’t slide in the way they were supposed to so it did take some tapping with a hammer. It seems to be working fine. I don’t know if we would buy it again but I don’t regret buying it either.

The UPS delivery person did not help by bringing it up to the door. He quite literally dropped it off and RAN to his truck. I don’t want to say women aren’t strong but that was quite difficult to get up the stairs myself.
