DO NOT BUY AYOU DO NOT WANT TO BUY A MATTRESS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I believed all the hype I read, and so I decided to buy one. BIG MISTAKE!!! The mattress started sagging within a few months. The back pain started shortly thereafter and continued to get worse. Their return policy is 60-days, which is really convenient for them, considering what a poor-quality product they make. Since the mattress still wasn’t that old, I decided to contact their customer service. They strung me along and led me to believe that if I provided them with dozens of photos, and detailed measurements, I may get a refund. JUST A TRICK!!! After jumping through all those hoops, they said that the sagging didn’t meet their minimum level for a refund. DON’T BE FOOLED!!!

The bed was too soft. I prefer my old one. You guys can come pick this one up.

After ordering, which was easy, there wasn't much that went right. The setup/haul away company rescheduled twice because they 'couldn't find a crew' to do the work. When the crew did come, it was obvious they didn't have training for moving large objects like mattresses. They didn't lower the mattress before going through the bedroom doorway so consequently ran into the door header, knocked a picture crooked on a wall, slid down the stairwell back-to-the-wall most of the way to stabilize themselves, knocked the chandelier in the stairwell so hard it turned into a pendulum with a four-foot arc. When they placed the mattress on the bed, they were ready to leave, but I had to ask them to true up the mattress as it was off center lengthwise by several inches. I normally tip service employees very well, but that didn't happen with these two. I won't go out of my way to publicize my opinion, but I certainly won't recommend this service.

We have had the winkbed for only 3 years and the last year it has become extremely uneven and causes me severe back pain. We flipped our mattress regularly, there is no reason after only 2 years it should be this worn and uncomfortable. Complete waste of money.

I placed an order for a mattress and accessories on September 6, 2025. Immediately, I found out that my platform bed was missing. I tried to reach out via email, the only way to contact them, but I received little to no response. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance, my concerns remained unresolved. Legally, WinkBeds has failed to fulfill the terms of the purchase agreement. They didn’t deliver the goods as promised, which breaches the contract and violates consumer protection laws. After nearly 30 days of waiting, I still don’t have a functional bed, which impacts my rights as a consumer to receive the product and service I paid for. If you're considering a mattress from WinkBeds, I urge you to think twice. Your investment and sleep deserve better!

I am writing this review because their website does not provide any way for me, as a customer, to do so. Because of this, I don't trust that their "verified" customer reviews are legitimate. Their posted reviews are either fabricated or done by invitation only, rendering their reviews illegitimate. As for the product, I can speak only about their EcoCloud mattress. It's like a bowl of jelly. There's no support, it weighs half or less than that of a real mattress, and it feels like it will fall apart when you're lying on it. Absolute crap.

We received our wink bed 5 days before the base. We paid $350 for the set up and removal of our old bed. It was a nightmare. The person who came to set up our bed had no idea what he was doing. We had to show him the YouTube video of how to assemble the bed. He was sweating so profusely that his sweat was dripping on our new bed and base. My husband had to leave work to help him remove our old bed and set up the new bed. We could have saved ourselves money, time, and gross sweat being dripped on our new bed. The slats for the new be had shredded material over the boards as if they had already been used. I never write bad reviews, but i feel it was necessary in this situation. At one point, the man setting up our bed apologized for dripping sweat on my husband. I was really nauseated by the whole process which took about 90 minutes to complete.
