The person I talked to on the phone guided me directly to the mattress I needed. I trusted her and am glad I did. Only negative comment I'd have is that the mattress was dropped off in our driveway without previous notification.

Bed is great so far, delivered in a timely manner in a well constructed box. Interested to see how it wears in.

I rate this 4.8 stars. WinkBeds was quick to reply when I asked if they had an ETA on the order, and they were friendly and professional in their responses. Coincidentally, the order showed up that same day. There was a separate confirmation of delivery email, as well, but for whatever reason I never saw an email with tracking information when it shipped. That was the only reason I didn't give a full 5.0 rating.

The anticipation!! I just moved and decided on this new bed as a moving in and birthday gift to myself. I loved how WinkBeds kept me posted of when my bed was put into production, when it was shipped, and when it was delivered. And when it was delivered it came with a welcome card. It made the special purchase of a new bed even more special. Also, it came in less than a week!!

I had researched on-line, and Winkbed was my #1, but my husband did not want to buy a bed without trying it out, Sandman Sleep gave us the opportunity to do that, they had all of the top 3 that I had narrowed it down to online, Duke was helpful in-store, We also purchased set up which included taking the old bed away, All was scheduled quickly and went well, We have slept on our new Winkbed for almost a week, love it.
