I haven't been with them long but so far so good. I'm an introvert so this is hard for me. The advice they give is straightforward and easy to implement. I'm still working on the approach so I can't really say about the effectiveness. Jess is real easy to work with.

Jess (wing girl) has been very helpful guiding me and encouraging me to explore the possibilities. The training exercises have been eye-opening and helpful.
