I bought from the code vein deluxe edition about a few weeks ago. At first it took a few hours to verify my purchase which was not that bad , but after I got an email that verified the purchase , I tried logging into my account and turns out it was locked by them. There was a message that said that I needed to contact the customer service but I needed to be logged in for that so I couldn't really do anything through their site. So I tried sending an email to which they didn't reply for like 2 days and then I tried getting a refund through paypal but then they sent this message through the dispute:" Our apologies. We thought it was fraud. Here is your Steam key: " Which made no sense to me to why they thought it was fraud and they didn't even try to verify the purchase so I thought whatever because I got my game. A few days ago I got this wonderful message on steam :" A Steam Product code you activated has been removed from your account. 30 Oct CODE VEIN Deluxe Edition Your recent Product code activation has been revoked due to a problem processing payment for this item. The games associated with this product code can no longer be played as a result. This could be due a problem with the payment methods you used to acquire this item from a third-party seller; or a problem with how the third-party seller acquired the Product code. Please contact the seller you acquired the Product code from for assistance. If you would like to purchase the item, please visit the Steam Store. Store owner: The owner of the paypal account used to pay for the order reported it as a fraudulent purchase, so the paypal funds were reversed, and the key purchased with the order was invalidated. Me: No. I am the owner of the paypal account and i didn't report it for anything. The only thing i did was trying to get a refund because this site has blocked my account and didn't give me an access to the key , and that was 2 weeks ago. If the product is gone the least I can get now is a refund. Store owner: The funds were already returned to your paypal account. So they are obviously denying the fact that I didn't report it or got a refund so I tried going to paypal to get a refund through there but it just says that there is an error on their side of things every time. Do not trust WinGameStore.

Sub-standard site. If I had known about the unknown amount of time that you have to wait till your purchase is "processed" I would definitely go somewhere else - which is my advise to all who read this. Unless, of course, you don't mind paying now and playing sometime in the future

There's no info on the website for the time you have to wait to receive your keys, couldn't find it in Terms or other areas. The problem with this dumb system is that is totally unexpected. When you buy a game from any other seller, you get the key right away. That's "normal", that's what you expect. On WinGameStore, you might wait an hour, 12 hours, a bunch of days, who the knows... They tell you "shortly", but that does not mean anything. Just buy from a fair seller until they fix their dumb system. Even if you pay a few $ more, you get a service that's fair and it works as intended, you don't get any surprises. A digital product should be used right away. Otherwise, we might as well buy from physical shops. I would literally get my keys faster if I would run to the physical shop instead of buying from this retailer. That says all about an "online store".

Rage2 has been officially released today, I have pre-ordered my game since May 8th and still haven't got anything. I'll be much happier to spend my money with a store that does instant delivery.

I bought a product expecting to play with friends. Without warning, my purchase is place on hold for human supervision. At the very least I will have to wait for US business hours (half a day), if I'm more unlucky I will have to wait until Monday. It is unacceptable that this happens with no warning. It is unacceptable that I don't get to cancel the purchase when I know its true conditions. I feel cheated and frustrated, and the copy-paste reply I have seen to others complaining about this will make things worse.

I stayed 12 hours without answers. I report to paypal. Oddly the license was received instantly while I had requested the cancellation of the sale. I finally received a credit on their wallet while I asked for a total refund by paypal. I returned an email requesting paypal refund and I have no answer. I asked a question about using their keys on the geforce now platform: they are unable to answer. the credit is unusable without an answer. J'ai donc signaler le problème à paypal. Bizarrement, la licence a été reçue instantanément après alors que j'avais demandé l'annulation de la vente. J'ai finalement reçu un avoir sur leur portefeuille alors que je demandais un remboursement total par paypal. J'ai renvoyé un email demandant un remboursement par PayPal et je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. J'ai posé une question sur l'utilisation de leurs clés sur la plateforme geforce now: ils sont incapables de répondre. l'avoir est inutilisable puisqu'il ne savent pas répondre. J'ai ouvert un litige paypal pour un remboursement total.

Tells you afterward that it may take 24h to give you your key, need to 'manual check' your order, feels like we're back to dark age.

Placed a 24 hour hold on my order after purchase. Did not advise anywhere in the order process that this may be the case. Had there been, I would have spent the extra 2 dollars and bought it directly on Steam. Very poor.
