I didn't know about the manual review…
I didn't know about the manual review thing , I should have checked reviews before. Some website do manual reviews and it takes 5 mins like gamesplanet , anyway I will update when/if I receive my code, Edit: I opened a support ticket right after my review and 8 hours later no reply from support or the manual review. I logged in my account to check my orders on their website and the steam code is just sitting there , I activate it and now downloading. I'm still leaving this as 1 star because this experience is not fun, at no point they told me the key is available and I thought I have to wait and wait, I could have waited for weeks without checking my orders on their website because I'd assumed its still under review as they mentioned in their mail. Probably the last purchase from this store unless they have some insanely good deal in the future, they are not scammers , but the experience isnt ideal at all

We apologize for the experience you had. Our system does send out emails when an order is fulfilled, however we cannot guarantee the email actually reaches the destination (spam folders, ISP blocked, etc). Things have changed over the years though, and this problem is much more rare.

Its been more than 10h since i ordered…
Its been more than 10h since i ordered a game from their website and still havent recieved anything. Buy somewhere else since they are not serious business.

Do not recommend
Do not recommend - can take up to 24 hours to receive product key and you are unable to cancel a order while it is processing forever. Recommend instead using one of the dozens of other websites that offer instant delivery.

Slow delivery, unacceptable in a world of digital purchase
They are quick to charge, they are slow as all hell to deliver the purchased product. In a world of digital purchase, it shouldn't take long to get your product. If I went to greenmangaming to pay 0.7€ more for my product I would have already had it. Absolutely awful site. Not shopping here again

Wait, wait, wait, wait
Wait, wait, wait, wait...... After receiving the money, they have to "review" the order for a "short time". i have ordered many keys the last two months, by official keysellers and resellers. Never had a Problem. Since now. I wait for one more hour, then i open a Paypal Case... Do not buy here... EDIT: 4 hours from order to delivery. They should pin that on their Homepage.

Stay away!! Sells games in a sale with 12 days to go without keys stored
sells games in a sale even when they don' t have keys in store... That is not acceptable since other keyshops got 5 minutes delivery guarantee! No one would order if they would be clear about this BEFORE THE TRANSACTION and that is the only reason why they aren't transparent about it. Untrusty actions from wingamestore aka macgamestore. Stay away from it!

Back-ordering is a common and acceptable practice which is honored by publishers. If we cut off sales when keys ran low, then late buyers would not be able to get in on a deal. We take back-orders because we know we will be able to fulfill them when keys come in from the publisher.

Unknown manual processing waiting period when buying
There is a manual review process when buying games. This isn't mentioned when placing your order. After parting with your money, the confirmation e-mail says that it's going to be a short while to manually review the order, but there is no way of telling how long that short while is. It could be hours, days or weeks. I'm still waiting. Honestly, invest the couple of bucks more and buy from another online store if you don't want to experience waiting for your games even though you opted for buying digitally.

Bought Rage 2 since it was on sale and…
Bought Rage 2 since it was on sale and i havent received my key yet in 4 hours absolutely unacceptable you get your order almost instantly on most others sites but there you have to wait for hours without any warning
