No where in the buying process do they make clear that there is a delay in receiving what you paid for. Only after purchase (and money has been taken from my account) do they then let you know that there will be a delay (with no given time) to actually receiving your digital key. As a customer, it feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead you, given that no other legitimate seller operates like this, and you get what you paid for near instantly, like all other digital products. You shouldn't have to search through the webpages on the site, or read FAQs every time you purchase from a new site. What's more is they don't offer full refunds, only store credit to use with their broken system. Won't be purchasing from them in the future

Bought a game key for a friend as a gift with the goal to play *now*. Unfortunately they don't make it clear during your purchase that there is a manual review process and that you don't get your key until pretty much a day later, at which point the moment has passed. Outrageous process - at least make this crystal clear BEFORE purchase! Most people expect a digital key to be delivered there and then so they can start playing the game they ordered - that's kind of the point of digital distribution...

Processing purchases for hours, don't waste your tim..

I saw a good deal this morning and ordered a game. I payed with Paypal and I have the same problems that a lot of other users here have been written about. They take the money and than the order has to be reviewed by a human. I am waiting for over 8 hours and so far I have not gotten my key. This behavior in the digital age is a big NO-NO!

Bought Doom Eternal, paid with pay pal, pay pal said funds went through. Still they kept me waiting for the key for an entire day without updating me on the status, or even bothering to reply to the many different emails i sent. Put in a paypal request to receive a refund, its baffling to think in todays day and age they think its okay to make you wait a day before delivering on what they took your money for without even reaching out to tell you about it.

Same thing everyone else said. Bought something, it just never came. I guess it will eventually, but right now I feel robbed. I'm not interested in a company that doesn't make it explicit that they are planning on blowing you off for 24+ hours.

So, just payed for a game and instead of downloading it I'm waiting. For how long? no Idea. Was planning to spend a quiet evening gaming, nope. I would just ask for a refund, but can't find the option, looks like it can't be done while the order is processing. Last time I buy here. Bad wingamestore, bad

You have to wait to play games you paid for so your order can be "reviewed" first and last purchase i will ever make.
