An EXEMPLARY US business!
Great experience from the start. They sent stain samples on the species of our choice up front so we could be sure what we were buying. I had issues with assembly and they were prompt and courteous with advice and instruction. The toe kick was left out of our shipment. They compensated by sending us pre-cut trim pieces and added a trim piece and a sample of the stain (which we could use on the oak we employ to anchor our unit to the wall). Edith was fantastic to work with. This review does not/cannot emphasize the pleasure/satisfaction I felt every time I talked with someone at WineRacks.com. Competent. Courteous. EXPEDITIOUS. I highly recommend doing business with this exemplary US operation.

I have the wine room I dreamed of now!
We can’t say enough about the excellent service and beautiful product we received. Wine racks.com stands behind the products they sell. Additionally, the manufacturers they work with are also top notch.

Great rack. Put it on floor in pantry below shelves. Makes pantry look way better without wine boxed. I highly recommend this product!!!!
