Product is very nice it arrived in a decent amount of time. Just a little bit of an issue with assembly and the screws. But we are happy with our final wine racks.

Everything was good about the ordering and shipment of my wine rack. My only complaint is that there should have been pre-drilled holes on the racks as the wood split and/or the parts wouldn't screw together tightly using the provided screws.

Good quality, Easy to order. Easy to put together with the pre drilled holes. The only thing I wasn't sure exactly when it was coming. I was not in a hurry and it came in the 4-6 weeks they said but I didn't get a message it was being shipped.

Wine rack arrived on time. Packages well with easy to put together instructions. The only downside was there were 3/4 small knots that had dried up and fallen out of the parts. Not a big problem just not a five star product.

Overall the quality for the price is great. Using a brad point nail gun was a first for me. It was easy to use once I got the hang of it. It wasn't that easy at first to know where to line up the ends of the first pieces. This resulted in me getting almost completely done, to then need to pull apart and re-nail an end. Luckily I was able to without breaking anything. It would be great if they just included 1 extra piece per end - just if needed.

The stackable shelves fit like a glove in the area we had for it; there was no room for error. The dimensions of the stackable shelves were as advertised and spot-on. We are very pleased with it. The only reason we gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was the unit needed touch up in a few spots.

I ordered the 56 pine rack. When it arrived and unpacked I noticed that the vertical slates were missing the pre-drill holes. I call and sent a picture and you resent the pre-drill one. Everything started fine until I started assembling the rack and found out I was missing screws so I went to the local hardware and bought the screws so I would not wait. Your customer service was helpful and resolved the problem but missing the pre-drilled holes seems to me an important QA step. Product improve would be to increase the space between bottles as the wineries are start to use wider bottles and I cannot use the entire row.

Design is thoughtful and the rack parts were packed with great care. All predrilling (for screw assembly) was precise. I ordered a finished mahogany rack. I was not prepared for unsanded wood. The assembly instructions could be clearer.
