Good selection of games and good VIP service and awesome customer service.

Been weeks since I requested redemption I keep getting the same replies every time I wouldn't recommend playing on this site seems shady Update I finally received my redemption winera kept their word and had it in my account same day they said it would be there customer service was great thanks winera 😊

I will completely rescind this and make it a 5 star if this is resolved. I am a new player to this casino and was lucky enough to win $50 in my first experience. I fully verified my account timely and put in the redemption request. This was on 7/11/2026. On 7/13/2026 I receive an email from support saying that due to the threshold of my redemption ($50, mind you)tha they would need my social security number to further verify me. What the then did is cancel my redemption and put the $50 back in my account. I then waited a few says after supplying my SSN and repu my redemption request in. I to this day have still not heard anything back. The only reason that I gave any stars at all is that the reps on chat are very responsive but unable to supply any answers. Am I being scammed??? I would hope not but time will tell. Update: As of this writing 7/21/26 I have received response back from the GREAT team at Winera, who have proven to be responsive to me and have approved my redemption, the funds have not been received as of now but I feel confident that they will be. I wasn’t trying to make waves, I just wanted to be heard. I use upwards of 65+ social casinos and was just a bit taken aback by the SSN request and subsequent cancelling of my redemption. As soon as the funds hit my bank account this will be a 5 star review. They could’ve ignored me but they didn’t and I will continue to use them and make purchases because as of now, they’ve proven to be trustworthy (as long as the funds do in fact become received) thank you Winera, I’ll do my part , 4 stars for right now and when the funds are received you will have most definitely earned the 5 stars. Thank you, Allen Hill Update 7/22/2026 I am a man of my word, Winera deposited my winnings today as promised. They have definitey earned the 5 stars. Thank you Winera, for making me a believer when I thought that I was getting scammed. I appreciate you. Thank you, Allen Hill

Amazing service! Fast support handled my issues swiftly! Love the games on here aswell.

I will update my review once I get my payout. I am going to be honest . I decided to try Winera and I really really enjoy the site and the games because they have good RTPs!!! That is a plus. The customer service is superb they are always there to help you and they go out their way which is where the stars are coming from. However, I finally got verified and made my first redemption on June 15th. I was told it would take up to 3 days to process. I understand. They sent an email stating that the payment was sent to me on June 19th via ACH which was also a holiday. I wish I’ve done crypto but maybe that’s slow too. Today is June 25th!!! I still haven’t gotten my payment it is almost a week!! Why is it taking so long if the payment has been sent. I was told 3 days it’s been way more than that. The site is good don’t get me wrong and they have good promo packages & I don’t wanna leave, but it is hard to become a loyal player when other sites like Modo & Rolla paid me out the very next day within 24 hours of my request. I am still waiting for my money and it hasn’t came yet. I will gladly update once I know this site will pay because I enjoy to the fullest, the only cons is the payouts take way too long and customers aren’t going to stay bc of other competitors exceeding expectations!! I want to shout out TIFFANY, LILY, & VICTORIA!! They have been so helpful and I’m thankful. UPDATE: I received my redemption!!! I want to thank all of the agents listed above that listen to me and guided me along the process. I am giving them another chance. Thanks for making it right!!!

Matt was fantastic at getting my verification put through so fast so I can redeem and explained on from there how I do the process thanks

I recently messaged someone on the website through chat and was not satisfied, but I ended up messaging someone on messenger (Matt) who was extremely helpful and got my issue resolved quick ! Thanks so much Matt
