Still waiting on my redemption after it's already been approved 5 days ago

Been waiting since August 5th for verification. This is after I was already verified before by the way. They asked me for more info because my redemption passed a certain threshold apparently. I provided this information the same day on the 5th. It is now September, and I have not had this resolved. I have already emailed support multiple times but did not get a reply. Update: My verification has now finally been approved. I have received 1/6th of the amount I am owed; I am still waiting to hear about the rest.

They basically suck and do not reply to emails and have shut my live chat off... the only way I could get ahold of anyone was by commenting on their Facebook post about them being scammers, then, and only then did they finally get ahold of me. Julia was actually a very big help with getting me my winnings and forwarding my concerns on to the right people it took about a wk after speaking to her though before I was verified and received my winnings ... never again with them... I do thank Julia tremendously though for reaching out to me and helping where she could!!! She was a trooper to say tue least

Well I have played here several times, I think I deposited 4 or 5 times but finally won with my free spin money! Was 280 when I submitted all 5 kyc docs, but since played to a $100 and stopped there as my kyc docs have not even been approved or looked at I've sent 4 messages this week inquiring about my kyc being approved, not one response and the live chat doesn't work for me in any browser, so I'm here to hopefully get a reply as I see players getting responded to and approved. I hope when I do get approved on my kyc my payout is smother. I like the game AND WILL CHANGE THIS REVIEW IF I CAN GET MY KYC APPROVED AND PAID! Let's see what happens. Update: I can verify that my docs and account did get verified, i was hoping there was a way to use crypto for a withdrawal, there was only ACH present under the redeem section, I did submit a redemption for 100/$98 after fee. As soon as I get my redemption processed I will gladly update this review and rate it appropriately to reflect my experience, correspondence and finally when I receive funds... Just wanna make sure I get redemption as I have been burned 3 times by sweeps sites. But hopefully Julia this last part is smooth and timely....thank you guys.

Account verification has been pending for 3 weeks, I am unable to redeem my winnings. Live support keeps telling me they are working on it but do not give an ETA or any updates.

Been trying to withdraw for two weeks I’m more then willing to update my review but they purposely make it etrax hard to verify /redeem my personal opinion is the make it very easy to cancel your withdrawal there trying to get you to just cancel the withdrawal and lose the money rather then the hassle of trying to deal with there be verify an example I’m stuck on the the part where they want a selfie while u hold your driver license in the same frame and make sure it readable so your holding your phone and id while trying to make sure they can see you face and read the id they have failed me 4 times but my regular driver license upload was fine it’s the selfie while holding the id that is honestly nonsense

I like this app but I redeem my money on July 20 it took about 2 weeks to approve, customer service never respond to email nor live chat on Aug 5 I received an email stating your “ Your redemption of 100.00 SWP is being processed. redemptions can take up to 5 business days to complete depending on method “ and it’s Aug 14 I haven’t to receive my $100 I keep reaching out no response

Initially, I loved this site, but getting my redemption has been a nightmare. I've been waiting for a month now, and its only for $340. I've never had this problem before with any other sites. I have tried reaching out to customer support and get no response. I will change this to a 5 star upon receiving my redemption. Edit: they reached out on July 29th and said it was approved, but I still haven't received it and I can't get ahold of customer service Edit again: a week after posting this review, i recieved my funds!
