Great Delivery Service
The delivery service was outstanding...even when I wasnt home when they tried to deliver they called and came back out later that day to deliver when I was home! Dispatch was very friendly and accomdating!

looks shady, is legit
Putting up front that my order was delivered in a timely manner and customer service was good when contacted. I used this site to get an orange wine thats not well stocked in my area. Found this site through a google advertisement and bought a case. After that i recieved no communication or notification confirming my order. Thinking this was weird, i go back to the site the next day to track my order. When i do that it says “order not found”. Now im thinking i totally got scammed and i have to call my credit card company. Before i do that, i go back to google and find another site with a similar name. When i go there, it has the EXACT SAME UI with a different url. Turns out this site had my order. Whoever is running these websites is totally using the same ui with different urls to make it so google ads is only showing their results. Shady business practices aside, the customer service agent was able to confirm my order and said it would be there that week. No tracking number was ever made available. So overall website was sketch but i got my order. Had i not been so set out to get this wine, i probably wouldnt have used this site. So many red flags post sale. Please improve this part of your experience.

I love shopping here! I love that you can find a variety of wines at reasonable prices and your order is always shipped in a timely manner! The customer service is wonderful and responds quickly! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
