I googled non alcoholic red wine and…
I googled non alcoholic red wine and Rawon's Retreat appeared. I clicked on it and it took me to your website. I ordered 3 bottles of it and had to pay $19.99 for shipping (very expensive compared to other stores in New York). I received it and started to drink it and found there was alcohol in it. I am alcohol free and this was very dangerous and concerning to me.

We're sorry for your experience! I'm not sure how Rawon's Retreat appeared on Google as a non-alcoholic wine, but we definitely don't advertise it as such. If anything we sold was non-alcoholic, we'd make sure that was in the product title on our website. As far as shipping prices, wine is very expensive to ship, unfortunately, due to its weight, size, and the fragility of wine bottles. We do offer shipping discounts to certain regions on larger orders, but otherwise we charge the rates the carriers give us. Other sites may offer less expensive shipping, but usually that just means they're building the shipping cost into the product price. We feel our product and shipping prices compete with just about anyone.

I never recieved an email confirmation…
I never recieved an email confirmation that the order was ready. Almost 8 hrs later I called and the man I spoke to said “yep, it’s right here”. No issue in picking it up although better system would be appreciated as the confirmation stated “wait until you receive email confirmation that the order is ready before heading to the store”. This is my second issue with ordering this way.
