Everything is good. Only the shipment is a little slow.

The bottle arrived with foil torn and the cork partially out

Wine bottles were smaller than expected, my fault assuming these were full size bottles. Trouble with UPS delivery and my work schedule. Love this wine!

I only received part of my order. I requested that you add another bottle of red since the white was not available. Please advise!

Everything was great, and well-packed. The only point of contention - and it’s minor - is that I received faster communication about my shipment from UPS than from you. UPS sent me a separate email once things were shipped and confirming delivery, whereas your system told me my package was delivered three days after the fact. Not the worst thing in the world, but you may want to look into your email programme and its trigger notices.
